We describe our teas as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration, and packaging may change from time to time. Retail prices shown on the site are recommended prices and may change without notice.

Enquiries and orders

Sending an enquiry through this site, WhatsApp, email or phone does not create an order. An order is agreed only when we confirm it to you. Wholesale and distributor terms, including prices, quantities, delivery and payment, are agreed separately with each customer.

Use of the site

The Taj Leaf name, logo, pack designs, text and photos on this site belong to Taj Leaf and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Karachi have jurisdiction.
